Collie

Collie is a rural town located 200 kilometres south east of Perth and 60 kilometres east of Bunbury. Our community has about 9,000 people and is well serviced with modern medical facilities, Collie District hospital, a wide range of sporting facilities inclusive of two golf courses, 5 Primary Schools, Senior High School and a wide range of retail shops such as Coles, Woolworths and Country Target to name a few.

Our town is situated amongst national forest. There are many beautiful walks (Bibbulmun Track), mountain biking (Munda Biddi Trail), water skiing (Stockton Lake), kayaking on the Collie River, local wineries and some very picturesque picnic spots.

Collie is well known for its coal industry. There are two open cut mines that supply coal to Muja, Collie Power Stations and Bluewaters Power Station for power generation. Having major industry within the town allows CRVMC to be well placed for offering a wide range of occupational health services.
