Our friendly nurse’s station is centrally located at the surgery. Jenny and her team of nurses will be happy to provide services such as dressings, immunisations and blood pressure monitoring.

They also triage patients to the on-call doctor for urgent appointments only. As the demand for our doctors are high, we understand that sometimes patients need to be seen quickly. We recommend the following:

• Please call the surgery to let them know you are coming
• On arrival at the surgery, present at reception to be allocated a place on nurse’s appointment list
• Sit in the nurse’s waiting area.
• The nurse will direct you to an available doctor (usually the on-call doctor)

We believe that this service is vital to the well-being of our patients. However, please note that due to the past abuse of this necessary service, an additional fee may apply to patients.
