How to Request for a Repeat Script

In most cases, you will need to book an appointment for a repeat script.

An appointment allows your doctor to review your medical conditions and history, ensuring that your medications and dosages remain appropriate for your current health status. If you have not been seen by your doctor for more than 3 months, please book an appointment either online or by calling our reception team on 9734 4111 to obtain your repeat script in person.

You may be able to request for a repeat script online through our Hotdoc booking page if you have been a regular patient with us for more than 12 months and have had a recent consultation with your doctor. This service is intended for non-urgent requests only. Please note that your script will be issued at a time convenient to your doctor and at their discretion. If your online script request is declined, you will need to book an appointment to see your doctor.
